About Our Doctor:
Dr. Alperin is the proud owner and co-founder of New View Eye Care, where she and her husband, Mark, are honored to serve the Berkley community. Their goal is to provide a welcoming, one-stop destination for complete family eye health and vision care.
Born and raised in Farmington Hills, Dr. Alperin is a graduate of North Farmington High School, Michigan State University, and The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She completed an additional year of residency at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, specializing in cornea, contact lenses, and refractive surgery. Dr. Alperin has practiced in hospital, retail, and private practice settings, with private practice inspiring her vision for New View Eye Care.
Her philosophy is simple: visiting the eye doctor should be friendly, efficient, and stress-free. She is committed to clear communication, reducing uncertainty, and always putting patients first.
Outside the office, Dr. Alperin enjoys her children’s activities, cheering on DCFC, finding great coffee, and indulging her love of chocolate.
